MechLedger HVAC uses files that you can store or move yourself. Before import, the app shows the available information and lets you choose what should happen to the project.

A .hvacbackup can cover all or selected projects. The full or lightweight option determines whether large media files are included.

Restore as new projects
Restore creates new projects and does not silently replace records already on the device.
Transfer starts with an explicit user action and files chosen by the user. Projects are not synchronized automatically over the internet.
